Payment

Payments are processed securely through PayPal or Wix.com. TingbooeyArt does not store your full payment details.

 
Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable

  • There is an error in pricing or product information

  • Fraud or misuse is suspected

If an order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded.

4. Custom Artwork

Custom artwork is created based on the information and reference materials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any images or content submitted.

By submitting reference images, you grant TingbooeyArt permission to use them solely for the purpose of creating your artwork.

 
Revisions

The number of revisions included (if any) will be stated on the product page or agreed upon before work begins.

 
Artistic Style

You acknowledge that TingbooeyArt uses a unique creative process, including AI‑assisted tools, and final results may vary from initial previews or expectations.

5. Digital Products

Digital files are delivered electronically to the email address you provide. Once delivered, digital products:

  • Cannot be returned

  • Cannot be refunded (unless defective)

  • Must not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially without permission

 
6. Refunds & Returns
 
Custom Artwork

Due to the personalised nature of custom artwork, refunds are generally not available once work has begun, unless:

  • The artwork has not yet been started

  • There is a clear error on our part

 
Digital Products

Digital downloads are non‑refundable unless the file is defective.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, digital files, website content, branding, and designs are the intellectual property of TingbooeyArt unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Modify

  • Resell

  • Distribute

any content without written permission.

Custom artwork is for personal use only, unless commercial rights are explicitly purchased.
